Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for store credit, subject to inspection and approval.

Eligibility

• Packaging must be intact
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty

Faulty Items

If you believe your product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the product and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Washing

Use sulfate‑free shampoo and hydrating conditioner. Detangle before washing. Wash gently without scrubbing.

Drying

Pat dry with a towel. Blow‑dry roots on low heat to prevent moisture near attachment points.

Styling

Use heat protectant. Keep heat tools below 180°C. Avoid direct heat on bonds or tapes.

Sleeping

Tie hair in a loose braid or silk scrunchie. Sleep on a silk pillowcase to reduce friction.

Swimming and Holidays

Apply leave‑in conditioner before swimming. Rinse immediately after. Avoid sunscreens containing avobenzone, which can discolour extensions.
